The Fit Shack, Wimbledon is run by founder Jacqui. She runs weekly MenoMove classes from her fit-shack.com studio in Merton Park, Wimbledon, designed for women going through the menopause and beyond. She offers support, education and movement to help control of symptoms. Every session begins with a discussion on menopause related topics in a supportive environment so women can share and offer support to each other.
Following this there is a 45 minute session with the focus being on improving strength, fitness, cardiovascular health, muscle strength and tone, balance and bone health. There is then a wind-down session of relaxing stretches and mindfulness.

Fiona is a Counsellor and Psychotherapist with a specialist interest in helping women through the menopausal transition. She uses a holistic approach and combination of therapies to support women through this challenging time and has had great success with reducing the emotional symptoms in menopause.
She consults from her clinic in Southfields which is conveniently located for Wimbledon, New Malden, Raynes Park and North Surrey and has free local parking.

Michelle is an extremely experienced therapist specialising in women's health issues including menopause, infertility and gynaecological disorders.
Her counselling and therapies incorporate CBT, integrative approaches and clinical hypnotherapy. She has a wealth of experience in treating women with menopause issues including physical and emotional symptoms but also dealing with life transition, relationship and career issues that often crop up at this time.
Psychological therapies are proven to reduce menopause symptoms as well as helping to alleviate depression and anxiety. It can be a useful addition to HRT but also used for women who can't or prefer not to take HRT.

As an affiliate of the British Menopause Society (BMS), Jane remains fully updated on menopause research, whilst working closely with medics and complimentary therapists to offer a rounded service; helping women to negotiate a variety of menopausal challenges.
